Gleneden Beach is about 2-1/2 hours southwest of Portland International  Airport - 107 to 125 miles depending on the route.

We rented all 11 units of Beachcombers, plus an additional house:
“At The Seaside” - across the street (beach side of Neptune) from Beachcombers

Our indoor gathering area was "The Sandbox" at Beachcombers, a 1,000 square foot ground floor meeting room. Outside of this room (and between units) is a lawn where we can put up a volleyball net.

Here is a link to the Google satellite view of the neighborhood. Beachcombers Haven's buildings are on either side of Neptune Ave. In the satellite view you can see the lawn area between the units on the east side of Neptune Ave. And, yes, that's the beach behind and below the units on the west side of Neptune Ave.
