Garden City, Utah

The 2010 Webber Family Reunion will be held at:

Bear Family Haven
Garden City, Utah
July 15 – July 19, 2010

We are renting the Papa Bear Lodge, which has 15 bedrooms and 8-1/2 bathrooms, and the Mama Bear Cabin, which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The deposit has been made for both.

DATE

Check-in: Thursday July 15 after 4:00 pm.
Check-out: Monday July 19 before 11:00 am.
This gives us 3 full days for reunion activities!

LODGING RULES

  • No pets allowed anywhere on the premises.
  • No smoking allowed anywhere on the premises.
There are NO exceptions to these rules. (Nope, even the collies can’t come!)

Also please note:

Garden City has ordinances against camping outside of campgrounds. Therefore, tents and RV’s are not permitted on the grounds. RV’s parked on the street may also be asked by local authorities to be moved to a campground, so it is advisable to plan accordingly.

GETTING THERE

Garden City is 125 miles north of Salt Lake City. It is adjacent to Bear Lake, which straddles Utah and Idaho and is 20 miles long.

The closest major airport is Salt Lake City (SLC), which is a major hub, so fares are generally very good. As we get closer to the time of the reunion, we will ask those who are interested to share flight and driving information so that rental car expenses can be minimized by car pooling.

Driving directions will be posted before the reunion.
